The front desk provided efficient service. The staff assisted with directions. A water fountain was available in reception. The location offers easy access to both Gare de Lyon and the start of the Paris Couloir Verte. The hotel was CLEAN.
The air-conditioning was not active and the heating was operational.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, near transportation and a fairly quiet street.
The air conditioning wasn't working. Instead, the heating was on, even though the weather was mild. our bedroom was very hot making it hard to sleep and i asked about turning it off, but i was told i couldn't. there were no fans available.

the location is convenient near major transport links. the staff acted very helpful and professional. i found a super comfy bed in my room located on a quiet side street.
the breakfast room felt a bit cramped during peak hours it had a modern style i found less appealing. the immediate area didn't offer many dining choices i was looking for. sound proofing could improve i heard doors closing.
